On the website BERUFENET From the Federal Employment Agency (BA), you can also get detailed information about various professional fields and learn the name of your profession in Germany and what it entails. 

EURES

The EURES multilingual portal offers employment opportunities at the European level and provides information on EU funding programs. Use the... job search to find job offers, information on living and working conditions in different countries, and contact details for EURES advisors. EURES regularly organizes job fairs in many countries and online. Job portals and company websites

Do you already know some companies in Germany or have you come across certain company names during your job search? Many companies also publish their job offers on their websites. Try searching using keywords like "Stellenangebote" (job offers), "Karriere" (career), or "Vakanzen" (vacancies). An unsolicited application can also be successful.

Talent profile

Take the initiative and publish your personal profile online on various professional networks and job portals. This way, interested companies will become aware of you and can contact you directly.

Advice from the employment agency

The mission of the employment agency is to help people find a job. You can receive free advice on-site in almost every city in Germany. Employment agencies are branches of the Federal Employment Agency (BA). 

Job fairs

Also, attend trade fairs, job fairs, or conferences. On-site, you will have the opportunity to speak with representatives from companies and organizations. 

Recruitment agencies

Private recruitment agencies offer another option for finding a job. They search for a position that matches your profile. Be sure to inquire in advance whether any fees are charged when you wish to use the services of a recruitment agency.
